Programme

Sessions


The programme will include:

• Oral sessions – oral and keynote presentations
• Poster sessions
• Sessions dedicated to the Danube Lighthouse projects: DaWetRest, DANUBE4all and DANSER
• IAD General Assembly
• IAD Board Meeting.

The scientific presentations will be oral or poster and should relate to one or more of the conference scientific topics. Each presentation should indicate the most appropriate topic.

All contributions will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee. The Scientific Committee reserves the right to change the form of presentation (oral/poster) in case of thematic consideration or timing.

The official language of the conference will be English.

Presentations


Presentations will be accepted only in Power Point files, common system fonts must be used. Oral presentations (incl. questions and answers) will be 15 minutes, while keynote presentations will be 30 minutes.

Posters


All posters will be displayed in a designated space, which will be accessible to the delegates at a given time during the conference. Poster presenters will be asked to stand by their posters at specifically designated time during the conference. Please notice the following when preparing your poster:

• State the title and the authors at the top of your poster in easily readable bold letters.
• Indicate the presenting author if it is different from the first author.
• The text and the illustrations should be readable from a distance of 1–2 meters.
• The poster size must not exceed 70 cm x 100 cm (width x height), with minimum left and right margins of 3 cm.
