Разширяване на екологичната мрежа НАТУРА 2000 в българската черноморската акватория за преодоляване на средната недостатъчност по отношение на морските местообитания 1110 „Постоянно покрити от морска вода пясъчни и тинести плитчини” и 1170 „Рифове” и видовете 4125 Alosa immaculata, 1349 Tursiops truncatus и 1351 Phocoena phocoena и частично попълване на научни резерви за местообитание 1180 „Подводни структури, образували се под действието на просмукващи се газове” и вид 1349 Tursiops truncatus.
